Return policy
Send an email to kekkoibz@gmail.com specifying the problem / change / refund you want to proceed with.
We will gladly accept returns on all items within 10 days from time of shipment for store credit only. Items must be brand new, unworn and with original box.
Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return process
Please send the item you would like to return to the below address
We will send you the new item on the arrival of your parcel and create a voucher for the remaining amount that will be emailed to you.
If the price of the item is superior to your original order
We will create a voucher for the full amount payed initially that will be emailed to you and you will be able to use this voucher to buy the new item you would like.
Vouchers are valid for a full year.
